You’ll pull up to Hi From Business Camp and start with a 90-minute one-on-one session to unpack your biggest challenges.

In this session, you’ll define the key areas to improve and set a clear plan for the next 12 weeks. The focus is on real, measurable progress, not just ideas.


Week 2 

60-minutes

You’ll clarify where your business is headed and what success looks like. This session focuses on defining your long-term direction, identifying core values, and setting a clear benchmark for growth.


Week 4

With your vision in place, you’ll narrow down the three to five priorities that will have the biggest impact. By the end of this session, you’ll have a focused action plan with deadlines, defined outcomes, and a system for tracking progress.
