Better performance starts with your inputs.

Performance coaching & advisory practice that’s grounded in science, guided by books, and built for people who want to close the gap between knowing and doing.

Hi From Business Camp® is for people who care just as much about how they build as what they build.

We help people and organizations improve performance by addressing the patterns that influence individual behavior, how people work together, and how work gets done.

How We’re Different

Here, we pay close attention to inputs, because inputs shape outputs and outputs become outcomes.

Our work is grounded in science and a deep love of reading.

Our coaching & advisory draw from the science of human performance, including neuroscience, psychology, and time-tested, evidence-based business strategies.

In our programs, we use non-fiction books as shared working texts to build common language and mental models tied to the results you're working toward.

Brains are messy. Business is, too.
Here's how we support both:

✔️ Performance Coaching for Individuals

Our week-by-week program was created to fit real schedules, not ideal ones, at a fraction of the cost of longer programs. Each week includes two video calls (Monday kickoff and Friday wrap-up) and our exclusive journaling method, which serves as the main shared working space throughout the week.

Coaching is $600 per week.

But why weekly?

We don't buy into the propaganda that everyone needs a long-term coaching program to make meaningful progress, so choice is part of the design.

You control when and how long you engage, whether that's one week, two weeks, three months, or any combination of time.

That decision is yours.

✔️ Book Centered Learning Community

We run free monthly in person non-fiction book swaps in Austin and are adding new cities soon. Bring a book. Take a book. Meet thoughtful thinkers.

Alongside the free swaps, we run two reader-supported publications.

Bookmarks covers what we're reading, how we apply it, journaling prompts, and swap updates. Free posts go out every week, and a paid subscription ($7/month) includes exclusive book giveaways, first dibs and discounts on our ticketed events and reading retreats, a vote on which cities we bring our swaps to next, and a say in how we build our virtual book swap product.

Minding Our Business is a weekly essay series that uses behavioral science to show how individual thinking, group dynamics, and system design drive or derail business performance. Free posts go out every week, and a paid subscription ($9.99/month) includes bonus case studies and downloadable workbooks.

Why The Camp Theme?

"Deliberate play is about injecting fun into skill-building, so the daily grind becomes a source of daily joy." - Adam Grant

Black and white photo of a woman with dark hair, glasses, and a woman with short hair, both smiling and looking at the camera.

Influenced by thinkers like Carol Dweck and Adam Grant, our camp theme is rooted in the science of deliberate play, where structured practice meets curiosity.

Inspired by the rhythm of summer camp—its structure, reflection, curiosity, and community—we build spaces online and in real life where people solving hard problems can think differently, on purpose.

What People Are Saying

“I had a powerful 1:1 session with Stephanie and two months later, I can confidently say that the personalized mentorship document she created for me has been a guiding light. It’s become my north star, helping me recalibrate and refocus whenever I need guidance.

During our session, we began by discussing my business goals, but it quickly became clear how deeply old beliefs and mindset were influencing the way I envisioned my growth. Stephanie helped me see the connection between mindset and business, showing me that growth isn’t compartmentalized.

What stood out most to me was how she
held space for my vulnerability.

As an immigrant entrepreneur, it’s incredibly important for me to show up authentically, and I truly appreciated the honest, transparent flow of our conversation. The tactics Stephanie outlined in my mentorship document are brilliant—they seamlessly integrate business strategy, mindset work, and personal growth. I’m a huge fan of her approach and can’t wait to book more 1:1 time with her. I highly recommend Stephanie’s strategy sessions to anyone looking for impactful, transformative guidance!"

Through this journey, I gained a fresh perspective on my accomplishments, failures, and it reignited excitement about possibilities I had never considered.

Instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed by the unknown, I found the clarity to take meaningful action and move forward with purpose.

If you’re seeking personal and/or professional growth, or just simply needing some guidance toward a new direction, I wholeheartedly recommend Hi FromBusiness Camp. It provided the tools and support I needed to explore new paths and press forward with meaning and excitement!
