Inspired by the structure of summer camp—community, growth, play—and a curiosity-driven way of thinking, we create space online and IRL for founders and small business owners to pause, reflect, and figure out what makes sense for their business, not someone else's.

Meet Your Camp Mentor
Hey, I’m Stephanie. My founder journey started in a 500-square-foot apartment in Brooklyn, NY 🗽, where I bootstrapped two companies:
1️⃣ A consultancy
2️⃣ A software startup called Ruoom
Now based in Austin, TX, Ruoom has grown from a 2-person team to 20, and in early 2023, we opened our first international headquarters in Seoul, South Korea 🇰🇷.
When I’m not leading Ruoom’s global operations, I bring everything I’ve learned inside and outside the office to mentor founders and small business owners through the newest addition to my portfolio, Hi From Business Camp 🏕️.
My mission is to help founders and small business owners slow down, ask sharper questions, and ditch advice and trends that were never made for them.
