You’ll pull up to Hi From Business Camp and start with a 90-minute one-on-one session to unpack your current challenges. In this session, you'll determine the main areas you'd like to improve and set a clear direction for the next 12 weeks.
Week 2
60-minutes
In this first field marker (or ‘Sprint’ if PM speak is more your language), you’ll begin to clarify and articulate your vision, laying the groundwork for focused growth.
Week 4

In this next field marker, you’ll identify and commit to the key priorities that directly support and advance your vision.

Execution > Ideas. In this step, you’ll start to actively implement strategy.
